We are in the process on selling
Sundown Villa so we are taking no further bookings. The new owner may rent out

May and June and September throught to November are some of the best times to visit Kas. It is usually warm enough for swimming in the sea right up to the end of November.
These times are great for visiting the ancient sites when less tourists are around. Also these periods are best for walking in the mountains and on the coastal paths. Lots of flowers and the weather is cooler than the heat of summer. PLUS flights and rental fees are cheaper!
We are happy to negotiate terms for long term rentals over the winter months.
