We are in the process on selling
Sundown Villa so we are taking no further bookings. The new owner may rent out
the villa in July and August. We will inform existing clients.

We prefer a lower occupancy and prices are discounted to encourage this.
To get the discount in high season your stay must be for two weeks or more.
If you would like a full clean and bed change more frequently this can be arranged for £80 per. We find that most people prefer privacy, however if you would like to have a daily morning maid service for bed making and light cleaning, then this can be arranged for an additional £160 per week. For additional luxury we can also arrange professional cooking services for those occasional special meals.

At the time of booking, we ask for an initial payment of £50 per person. Once this is received by us this constitutes acceptance of our Booking Conditions and a commitment to proceed with the booking. This is the only payment required until 10 weeks before departure. Whatever happens to the value of the currency in which you paid us, the price of your holiday will not be subject to any change.
Payment in GBP by electronic funds transfer to our UK bank account is preferred. We will also accept EFT of USD, EURO and Turkish Lira (TL) to our Turkish bank accounts. International transfers and payment by credit card may be done via PayPal or Moneybookers.com (see links) but if you wish to use these services we add a surcharge of £20 towards the costs of this service.
We suggest that at the time of booking you take out travel insurance to ensure that you are covered against any unexpected cancellation charges. See links for some insurance agents; none specifically recommended.
We can provide long term lets at very favourable rates as we do not have to pay for the services charges.
