Stunning views over the sea and the Taurus Mountains.

Sundown Villa is an exceptional property offering that bit of difference which, nowadays, is so hard to find.
It has a spectacular vaulted, two storey lounge with cedar wood ceiling and gallery.
The gallery links the upper floor bedrooms and also provides a pleasant alcove for reading and relaxing.
There is a separate well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area for eight persons; utility room with freezer and washing machine.
Safe deposit box.
Insect screens on all windows and doors;
Sanitary ware is to European standards. The villa has a septic tank sewerage system; so no pollution and toilet paper may be flushed! All water is pumped, hence powerful showers and there is a large capacity (15 tonnes) water storage system so you will never run out of supply. Water is heated by an electric boiler, not solar power, hence no infuriating loss of hot water after taking showers.

Multiple terraces, equipped with sun loungers and comfy chairs to cater for full occupancy.
All furniture necessary for al fresco dining.
All the courtyard and terrace areas have lighting for evening dining and barbecues. The pool is equipped with underwater lights for evening swimming.

As the name implies, west facing with spectacular sunsets.

A three minute walk down through green land to a private swimming platform by the sea.
Fantastic for snorkeling and scuba diving, with many fish species, turtles and seals.
The sea is suitable for those who can swim as it is four metres deep at the shallowest. .
A view from the private swimming and sunbathing platforms next to the sea.
Crystal clear water.
Apart from the path down to the sea the villa is suitable for the infirm and it is reasonably child friendly. Parking is close to the entrance with only four steps down, which can be easily ramped. The pool is directly to the front of the terrace down one step. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor making it ideal for those with some walking disability.

The picture shows the villa from the cul-de-sac approach drive and the private, covered parking adjacent to the house. The surface of the drive is ideal for playing a game of Petang.
The grounds are home to displays of bougainvillea, mimosa, acacia, hibiscus, jasmine and oleander, which flower for most of the year. Many other flowers, palm trees, pepper trees, holly oaks, conifers, shrubs and cactus abound.

A view up to the north west corner of the villa. The shot was taken before the trees grew up in the garden so it gives a good view of the structure of the villa.

The pool and terrace

Looking across the lagoon to the Taurus mountains and Goksecki village. There are no neighbours on this side giving a direct outlook on to green land.
The only restriction: We request no smoking inside the villa.
