Located in the attractive and historic town of Kas, which sits across the Lycian Way on the beautiful and unspoilt Mediterranean (Turquoise) coast of Turkey, it is our intention to provide a holiday experience which will satisfy and delight the most discerning traveller.

Kas has a wonderful location as is shown in this fish-eye view of the town. The photograph was taken from the foothills of the Taurus Mountains above the town. It shows the Cukurbag Peninsula stretching into Bucak Bay with the Greek island of Kastellorizo, centre in the distance.
A new Marina is scheduled to be built at the end of the bay behind the Peninsula.

Our beautiful Turkish villa is located in a prestigious, quiet neighbourhood on the Peninsula with direct access to the sea, a private swimming pool, private covered car parking and landscaped gardens.

Built of stone with marble and ceramic floors and terraces, this is one of the most luxurious villas in the region. It sleeps eight persons in four bedrooms all with en-suite facilities, all with air conditioning and all having a magnificent sea view.

For parties greater than eight persons we have an arrangement with our only neighbours who have an identical villa. Providing that both villas are available we can accommodate up to sixteen persons between the two.

We are situated 188 km (2½ hours) from Antalya and 160 km (2¼ hours) south of Dalaman Airport.
Kas is south of the busier resorts of Fethiye, Oludeniz and Kalkan.

The facilties include a fully equipped kitchen including an integrated dish washer, washing machine, four burner gas hob, full oven/grill and a large fridge/freezer.


A range of electrical equipment is provided including: satellite TV, CD/DVD player, kettle, toaster, iron and hairdryer.

The villa is fitted out as a real home with all inventory to a high standard, luxury furnishings and designer bathrooms. See the photo albums at the end of the site.

No sofa beds - all beds are king size with comfy mattresses. Twin beds can be put together to make doubles, if required. The linen comprises quality cotton sheets and copious white towels.

Outside the villa there are sun loungers chairs and al fresco dining areas to accommodate the full complement of guests.

The landscaped garden and the pool is maintained daily and the villa is cleaned once a week, with a full bed linen change. Towels are changed twice per week.

We find that most people prefer privacy, however if you would like to have a daily maid service this can be provided.

You will have a small initial supply of groceries and beverages provided. If you wish we can arrange for fresh bread to be delivered to you each morning. Having had a holiday home on the Kas Peninsula for ten years we know the area well. Now retired here permanently, we are on hand to assist, but only if you so require. We will arrange your airport transfers, help you to hire a car at favourable rates and tell you some of the best places to visit, including the best restaurants and bars. We have a collection of books, DVDs, board games and PS2 games that you can borrow; some are kept permanently in the villa. Of course we are always there for any emergencies that might arise.

The villa is available all year round. Out of season, Kas is very quiet and pleasant. Well worth a try, especially if you like walking and visiting the historic sites, rather than sunbathing. There is a reasonable amount of life in the town with many restaurants and bars remaining open. The large Friday market still flourishes and prices get cheaper. Why Kas has never featured in the "Winter Sun" brochures is a mystery!

The villa has heating, provided by the air conditioning and from a wood burning stove. This is needed for a few evenings in the winter.

Renowned for scuba diving, paragliding and sailing, Kas is also the ideal base to explore the many ancient historical sites of old Lycia and the Lycian Way. See the activities page for more details

Direct scheduled flights are available from SunExpress, Thompson, Turkish Cypriot Airlines, Excel and Monarch. Either telephone or email us with the flight number and arrival time and we will arrange your transfer by private, air conditioned car or minibus from either Dalaman or Antalya airports.
